Class One

Description

Currently this class runs from 10:30 to 11:15 on Saturday mornings. This is a joint class with Class Two. This class is for those students who are working on or around Grade 1 Ballet level. Students in this class are generally aged 6 - 8 years. Now the students are introduced to the barre for the first time, holding with both hands. Classes are structured around barre, centre and travelling steps. It is important to continue to strengthen the turn out, posture and placement, learn simple combinations of steps including allegro, as well as having fun with mimes and longer dances.
